Pros

Cons

Overall

Briscoe is certainly going to be a boom or bust prospect in this years draft, although I don't know there is such a thing for somebody who will be drafted in the middle rounds. He will either have a very long and productive career, or be out of the league in a short amount of time. His numbers and film speak for themselves, he is a flat-out playmaker who can put points on the board, and make things happen with the ball in his hands. He is faster than his mediocre 40 times would indicate, but nonetheless he is not one of the faster receivers in this draft. If he can keep himself out of trouble and focused on football, he has a bright future as a receiver in the National Football League. Some team will take a chance on Briscoe, likely in the third or fourth round, and will either have found gold, or a lump of coal.
