Jamar Chaney

Pros

Cons

Overall

Jamar Chaney is a player who comes with very little risk, and has all the tools to be a player in the N.F.L for a long time. While he isn't flashy, he is a smart player who plays the game the right way, and leaves it all out on the field. Chaney has a high football IQ, and a nose for being around the football, has very good speed, quickness, and plays with good burst. Chaney surely has a way to go to be an elite middle linebacker, he was a tough time fighting off blocks and wading through traffic, plays a little bit out of control and sometimes over pursues. He won't be forcing many turnovers, but Chaney is more than solid and should be a long time starter at the next level. He should get picked somewhere in the late 2nd to early 3rd round.
