Pros

Cons

Overall

Davon House has really been moving up draft boards lately as teams get a better look at him, and while I think he is a solid prospect, I don't think he is as good as many think he is. House has the size, strength, and ball skills that you look for, but is lacking in a few main areas. He does not have great speed, and has stiff hips. He does fine in bump and run, where he can immediately flip his hips around, but when playing off his man, he has trouble getting his hips around, and turning in the right direction. I think House would be very good in a Cover-2 scheme, where he wouldn't be asked to turn and run all that much, but rather use his physicality to bump receivers off their routes, and use his aggressiveness to attack underneath.
