Overall
In most draft circles Leonard Hankerson is very underrated, and I can't really see why. What's not to love about this guys game? Other than a few mental lapses here and there during games, he is everything you could want out of a big receiver. At 6-2, and 205 pounds, he runs a very impressive 4.45 40. He is the ideal Red-Zone target, with the height, body control, and leaping ability to go up and win pretty much any jump ball thrown in his direction. He has been well coached and is a sharp route runner, which allows him to get separation, especially over the middle, where he is often the one giving out the hit after he makes the catch. Hankerson is a very smooth athlete, but is not very agile and doesn't have the explosion that guys like A.J Green and Julio Jones have. Every QB in the league would love to have Hankerson on their team, and he should go sometime in the early portion of round 2.
