Pros

Cons

Overall

When a Guard from Idaho is garnering as much attention as Iupati has, you know there is something special with him. Pronounced "ee-you-PAH-tee", he came over from American Samoa when he was 14 and didn't pick up playing football until high school, where he played defense. His language barrier and poor academics, attributes of the move, was the reason why he ended up at Idaho, where he was purely dominant throughout his career there. He is extremely athletic, a monster at 6-6 330, and can step in and start from day 1, he also has the flexibility to switch to Left Tackle if a team wanted, he has the quick feet and long arms successful at either Guard or Tackle. He has very few holes in his game, and they all come from the technical side of things, footwork, pad level, and the like. Those are things that can easily be cleaned up with some coaching, and sooner rather than later will be a pro-bowler. Iupati will be a top 20 pick in April.
