Pros

Cons

Overall

Kendall Hunter has been an extremely productive running back in his time in college, and reminds us a lot of Ray Rice. He runs with such great balance, and pad level, which makes him very difficult to bring down. He also really impressed us with a 4.44 40 at the combine. Proving that he has the speed to turn the corner, and break away from the first level. Hunter also has excellent instincts, vision, and patience, he does a great job waiting and anticipating holes in the defense, and then bursting through when they open up. He is definitely limited in his upside because of his size though. He just isn't big enough to hold with a heavy workload at the next level, as he has already had injury issues, and his frame is just too small. He will probably be best suited as a 3rd down back, but also could be a change of pace guy, to a power runner. If Hunter can stay healthy, he will be a very versatile weapon to any offense, but he won't be able to hold a backfield down on his own.
