Dexter McCluster

Pros

Cons

Overall

McCluster is an intriguing prospect that could add the “home run threat” to any backfield. Although he will never be an every down back, or anything close to it, McCluster is a multi talented player that any offensive coordinator would love to have at his disposal. He can be lined up in the backfield or out of the slot, and is a pure playmaker, is a terror in the open field, and can break a long play at any time. McCluster has a role in this league, but if forced into a spot in which he is not capable of, could wind up being wasted. McCluster will be a luxury pick for some team and could end up being a do-it-all, dynamic weapon, similar to a Leon Washington or Darren Sproles. He should find himself going somewhere between the middle of the second and the top of the third.
