Pros

Cons

Overall

Koa Misi is another player in this draft that struggles against the run but looks to find refuge in a 3-4 defense. Misi played with his hand down in college, but is undersized for the position at the next level, has problems shedding blockers, and can be driven backwards. Also Misi needs to develop an ability to bring pressure besides just playing hard, and having active hands, wasn't very productive at getting sacks in the M.W.C, and won't be any more productive in the N.F.L if he doesn't develop some moves. Misi when played at outside linebacker at the Senior Bowl played very well, showing the ability to drop back in coverage, and also be an effective pass rusher off the edge. Misi has a versatile skill set, and a high upside as a rush linebacker at the next level. He is a bit overvalued by most in my opinion based on his lack of production and experience, and should find himself off the board at some point in the third round.
