Mike Johnson

Pros

Cons

Overall

Mike Johnson is not a flashy, or dominant player, but has the fundamentals down and has the size and skill set to be a reliable starter at the next level. Is already a very good run blocker, played a part in Mark Ingram's Heisman winning season, has good size and can drive smaller defenders backwards, solid footwork and technique have him getting beat very rarely. On the flip side, he is a below average athlete, hand and foot movements are rather slow, despite his size he doesn't dominant opponents like he should, and would like to see him be more aggressive. Mike Johnson is a player who could play a role as a rookie, and should be an effective starter at guard for many years at the next level.
