#65) Carolina Panthers- Jurrell Casey (DT USC)
Its possible that Carolina could go with a Defensive Tackle at #1 overall, but they'll probably take a QB, and address their huge hole inside here with the best available DT
#66) Cincinnati Bengals- Kendall Hunter (RB Oklahoma State)
Cedric Benson is a free agent, and they have been working him to death anyway. They need somebody to share the load, or take over if they don't resign him.
#67) Denver Broncos- Rodney Hudson (Guard/Center Florida State)
Rodney Hudson is an excellent value here in the 3rd round as one of the most athletic interior lineman in this years draft.
#68) Buffalo Bills- James Brewer (OT Indiana)
After taking their franchise QB in Cam Newton, the next step is protecting him. While I am not a huge James Brewer fan, they need to take a tackle, and would be viewed as the best available one.
#69) Arizona Cardinals- Will Rackley (Guard/Tackle Lehigh)
Arizona has needed help on their offensive line for a long time, and they still haven't been able to find many consistent starters. Will Rackley is really moving up draft boards as teams get a better look at him. At 6-3 310, he is very athletic and has the ability to play guard or tackle.
#70) Cleveland Browns- Quan Sturdivant (ILB North Carolina)
Cleveland is also switching back to a 4-3 defense and desperately need to add talent to their front 7. Quan Sturdivant is a steal here in the third round. Sturdivant can step in from day 1 and be an impact starter.
#71) Dallas Cowboys- Robert Sands (Safety West Virginia)
Dallas has needed help at Safety for a long time now, but haven't really been able to fill the need. Robert Sands has a ton of upside as a 6-4 safety with excellent athleticism, if he can put it all together he could be a dominant safety at the next level.
#72) New Orleans Saints- Quinton Carter (Safety Oklahoma)
Darren Sharper is finished, and they currently have nobody on the other side of Malcolm Jenkins. Quinton Carter is solid, and really this pick is just about taking the best available safety.
#73) Houston Texans- Deunta Williams (Safety North Carolina)
After taking Prince Amukamara in the 1st, and now Deunta Williams here in the third, the Texans secondary is looking much improved, and if they play up to their capabilities, they may finally get over the hump.
#74) New England Patriots- Curtis Brown (CB Texas)
New England does not have much behind Devin McCourty, and Curtis Brown presents an excellent value here. I doubt he really falls this far, but if he did, the Pats would jump all over it.
#75) Detroit Lions- Johnny Patrick (CB Lousiville)
Chris Houston played really well for the Lions last year, but they have nobody besides him, and he is a free agent. Johnny Patrick is a supreme talent, with a lot of upside, but is very raw at this point.
#76) San Francisco 49ers- Sam Acho (DE/OLB Texas)
San Francisco has been trying to find a productive pass rusher for the past 5 years, with no real success. They just need to add somebody to be an edge rusher, and Acho is the best one on the board.
#77) Tennessee Titans- Greg Jones (OLB Michigan State)
The Titans linebacker play has been very up and down over the past 2 years, and really fell apart down the stretch last season. I view Greg Jones as one of the most underrated players in the entire draft, and I think the Titans are getting a steal here.
#78) St Louis Rams- Brandon Burton (CB Utah)
St Louis has been needing help at cornerback seemingly since Dre Bly left, and every year they draft a guy, but haven't been able to find many good ones. Burton is the best corner left on the board, as a big, physical corner, who should be able to help out right away.
#79) Miami Dolphins- Jerrell Powe (NT Mississippi)
Paul Soliai stepped in and played very nicely for Miami last year, but they really should look to add another guy with the ability to anchor that 3-4 defense. At 335, Powe is a perfect 3-4 NT prospect.
#80) Jacksonville Jaguars- Titus Young (WR Boise State)
If the season started today, the only decent guy Jacksonville would have at receiver would be Mike Thomas. They desperately need to add some playmakers too that team, and give David Garrard some help.
#81) Oakland Raiders- Chris Hairston (OT Clemson)
Oakland is looking to continue to stock up on young talent on their offensive line. Here they add a guy who could be a very good fit on the right side in Oakland's power running scheme.
#82) San Diego Chargers- Clint Boling (Guard/Tackle Georgia)
Marcus McNeil is very good on the left side, but they have nobody on the right side. I think Boling is best suited for Guard, but he played tackle in college, and should be fine on the right side.
#83) New York Giants- Nate Irving (OLB NC State)
New York's linebacking play has been very poor the past couple years, and now with them adding Martez Wilson in the 2nd, and Nate Irving here, they now have some energy and young talent.
#84) Tampa Bay Buccaneers- Davon House (CB New Mexico State)
Aqib Talib is in trouble again, and they needed to add somebody to step in when Ronde Barber eventually retires. Davon House is a little known guy who is flying up draft boards with his excellent combination of size and speed.
#85) Philadelphia Eagles- Kendric Burney (CB North Carolina)
The Eagles need to add somebody opposite of Asante Samuel now that Ellis Hobbs is probably done. Burney is a very physical corner, who would excel in Philly defensive scheme.
#86) Kansas City Chiefs- Orlando Franklin (Guard Miami)
Kansas City really needs interior line help, and Orlando Franklin is an excellent value here. He played tackle in college, but I think would be much better suited for Guard at the next level.
#87) Indianapolis Colts- Sione Fua (DT Stanford)
Every year we say Indy needs to add some help at Defensive Tackle, but they never seem to spend picks on the position. Fua is an excellent fit at Nose Tackle in Indy's 4-3 defense.
#88) New Orleans Saints- Roy Helu (RB Nebraska)
The Saints have quite a few good running backs, but they are always injured. They can add another talent in the mix here with Helu Jr, who will be able to step in and play when one of the starters go down.
#89) San Diego Chargers- Mark Herzlich (ILB Boston College)
If San Diego was able to do what we have them doing with Watt in the 1st, Moch in the 2nd, and Herzlich here, they would have 3 immediate upgrades on their front 7, which would fix a ton of the problems they had last season.
#90) Baltimore Ravens- Jabaal Sheard (DE/OLB Pittsburgh)
Sheard fits what the Ravens like in Outside Linebackers, big guys with good motors. Sheard would be switching over from 4-3 DE, but Baltimore just knows how to turn these guys into good players.
#91) Atlanta Falcons- Edmund Gates (WR Abilene Christian)
Even though we have the Falcons taking Kyle Rudolph in the 2nd, they really need to add a guy at receiver who can stretch the field, be a deep threat, and take attention away from Roddy White.
#92) New England Patriots- Shane Vereen (RB California)
With so many draft picks this year, New England can really just take BPA, at every pick from the 3rd round on. Shane Vereen gives them added depth at RB, and would be very good as a third down back, and a pass catcher which they like.
#93) Chicago Bears- Demarcus Love (Guard Arkansas)
This draft needs to be dedicated to the Offensive Line for the Bears, and Love is the best O-Lineman on the board.
#94) New York Jets- Lawrence Guy (DE Arizona State)
The Jets have been searching for a guy to start at the 5 technique, but haven't been able to find the right man for the job. Lawrence Guy is a perfect fit for what the Jets are looking for, and if available would be a no-brainer for them.
#95) Pittsburgh Steelers- James Carpenter (Guard Alabama)
I personally am not a big James Carpenter fan, and think he is only a fit at Guard, but many people think he can be an above average tackle at the next level. Either way, Pittsburgh desperately needs O-Line help, and Carpenter is a nice value.
#96) Green Bay Packers-John Moffitt (Guard Wisconsin)
Green Bay definitely would like to improve their running game, and taking one of the best road graders in the draft would go a long way to helping.
#97) Carolina Panthers- Greg Romeus (DE Pittsburgh)
This would be a huge steal for Carolina. If you read my scouting report on Romeus you will see why I am such a big fan of his, and with DE being a huge need for them, this is a perfect scenario for Carolina who will be getting a supreme talent here.
