Orlando Franklin is a very overrated prospect in this years draft, and how anybody thinks he can be an NFL Right Tackle is beyond me. Every time I watched Franklin play tackle this past season for Miami, he was constantly getting abused by quick defensive ends that seemed to slip by him at will. He played Guard his first 3 years at Miami, and was pretty solid there, so if he can work on his hand placement and pad level, he should develop into a solid starter at Guard. However, he will never be an upper-echilon player at any position, as he just does not have the quickness or athleticism, and will definitely get burned a few times a game. If put into the right spot though, he should be able to be an effective starter in the league. Many view him as a 2nd round prospect, but I wouldn't touch him any earlier than the 4th round.
