Dennis Pitta is a very polished receiving tight end, has great hands and ball skills, is a very sharp route runner, and just knows how to get open. Is a poor mans Dallas Clark. He has a limited upside, but will very likely have a productive career as a reliable pass catcher, and at the very least will be a #2 tight end who can be lined up out of the slot, and create some mismatches. Interesting prospect since he is 25 years old, has the receiving skills to make an impact in an offense immediately, and is a very safe pick. Pitta should get picked somewhere in the fourth round range.
