Pros

Cons

Overall

Ronald Johnson came into USC as one of the most highly touted recruits in the class, and while he never really evolved into an elite receiver, he does a lot of things very well and has the skills to stick in the NFL. The first thing that stands out about Johnson, AKA, Ro-Jo, is how smooth he is and how effortless he makes things look, he is very athletic, but doesn't have any real suddenness to his game. He has very solid hands, is an underrated receiver, and just seems to know how to get open. He has adequate speed, but doesn't accelerate very quickly, and takes time to switch directions and get going again. He projects to be a very productive possession receiver who can grab 50+ passes a year, and be a reliable target for his quarterback. I think Ro-Jo is pretty underrated and should be a nice pickup in the 3rd or 4th round.
