Pros

Cons

Overall

There are a ton of things to like about Will Rackley, and if he could put all his talent together, he could be a top-notch offensive lineman in the league. However, Rackley is just so far away from being NFL ready, that it begs the question, if he is worth the time, and will he ever put it together? Really, all he knows how to do is block the guy lined up in front of him, which he does well, but that just isn't good enough at the next level. He needs to better understand positioning, blitzes, stunts, and really just needs to a lot of coaching. He plays very straight up, has poor balance, and poor leverage, but these are all things that can be coached. I usually would be very high on a guy like this, because he has all the talent, but just needs some coaching, but this guy needs a TON of coaching, and will not be ready for at least 3 years. He has the size, athleticism, and abilty to play tackle or guard, but he has a lot of work to do. Definitely a "Boom-or-Bust" pick.
