John Ross, WR | Cincinnati Bengals

Combine superstar Ross set the would ablaze after running a blistering 4.22 second forty yard dash. But his rookie season was marred by injuries and he was held to three games and zero receptions, not the type of return the Bengals expected from the number nine overall pick. Ross has a chance to turn things around in 2018, but he is on the fast track to bustville with another terrible season.
