1. Cincinnati Bengals- Joe Burrow QB LSU

Things remain the same for the Bengals at the top of the draft and without Tua Tagavailoa or Chase Young there isn’t anyone to compete with Joe Burrow for the first overall spot. Even more of a slam dunk of a pick for the Bengals in this scenario as Burrow can be their franchise quarterback going forward.

10. Cleveland Browns- Josh Jones OT Houston

This offensive tackle class really takes a hit with the removal of stud underclassmen. With the top five tackles not eligible for this draft the first one doesn’t go until pick ten to Cleveland. The Browns have a pretty solid roster already and Jones has become a borderline first round player thanks to a solid Senior Bowl showing.

20. Jacksonville Jaguars- Brycen Hopkins TE Purdue

Whoever the quarterback is in Jacksonville they need to be given some more weapons to work with. DJ Chark is an emerging star but outside of him the Jaguar’s weapons in the passing game are pretty mediocre. In this scenario they still manage to grab the top tight end prospect regardless of age in Hopkins an athletic threat who could instantly upgrade their offense.

32. Kansas City Cheifs- Damon Arnette CB Ohio State

Rounding out this senior only draft are the reigning champions Kansas City Chiefs. Adding a corner opposite Kendall Fuller has to be on their offseason agenda and in this loaded class they should have no issue doing so in this scenario or in April. Arnette has been overshadowed by the other Buckeye corner Jeff Okudah, but has excellent speed and ball skills and should develop into a solid NFL player.
