Olson | 2020 Top 25 Big Board

The 2019 college football season is almost here! It’s been a long off season of evaluating last years top returning prospects and now we will finally get to see them take the field and show how far they’ve come in their development. While draft stock for all of these players will certainly rise and fall, here is my 2020 Top 25 Big Board highlighting the best draft prospects heading into the college football season.

25) Tua Tagovailoa, QB, Alabama

Extremely accurate and has the ability to gash defenses with his legs.

24) Charlie Heck, OT, North Carolina

Great length and he knows how to use it.

23) Kenny Willekes, DE, Michigan State

This guy is a wrecking ball and will be a very solid pro.

22) CJ Henderson, CB, Florida

Great athlete who could shoot up draft boards with some technical improvements.

21) Isaiah Simmons, LB, Clemson

Great coverage linebacker for this pass happy league.

20) Bryce Hall, CB, Virginia

Love his ball skills. Can thrive in the right system.

19) Jake Hansen, iOL, Oregon

Moves extremely well. Will be great in a zone blocking scheme.

18) Rashard Lawrence, DL, LSU

Strong at the point of attack has does a nice job getting off blocks.

17) Dylan Moses, LB, Alabama

Well rounded linebacker who has a great arsenal of tools.

16) DeAndre Swift, RB, Georgia

Tough runner who can find a lane and grind the defense down.

15) Travis Etienne, RB, Clemson

Very explosive back who can take it to the house at any moment.

14) Henry Ruggs, WR, Alabama

Great speed and could establish himself as a great separator.

13) Paulson Adebo, CB, Stanford

Love his size and he forces quarterbacks to make a great throw. 

12) Jeffrey Okudah, CB, Ohio State

Athletically he makes the game look easy. Major breakout candidate this year.

11) Liam Eichenberg, OT, Notre Dame

Moves really well and should be able to protect the blindside at the next level.

10) Creed Humphrey, iOL, Oklahoma

This guy can really do it all. Plus and play starter for any system.

9) Chase Young, Edge, Ohio State

Great bend. Can be a very good NFL pass rusher.

8) CeeDee Lamb, WR, Oklahoma

Great hands and body control. Looks very strong for a wide receiver.

7) Andrew Thomas, OT, Georgia

Prototype NFL left tackle. Seems to handle speed and power well.

6) Laviska Shenault, WR, Colorado

Special potential. Can beat you in so many different ways. Some may call him a gadget player, but I call him an offensive chess piece.

5) Tyler Biadasz, IOL, Wisconsin

Powerful and technically strong. Pro bowl potential as a rookie.

4) Grant Delpit, S, LSU

He can cover. He steps up vs the run. A true do it all safety.

3) Justin Herbert, QB, Oregon

Great tools and he took a big step forward last year. This is the guy you want to build your franchise around.

2) Jerry Jeudy, WR, Alabama

Excellent agility and route running. The guy just gets open and cat he’s passes.

1. AJ Epenesa, DE, Iowa

Powerful defensive end who holds the point of attack and uses his length well the shed blockers. Uses power well to collapse the pocket.
