    My top 5 are

    1. Dashone Kizer, Notre Dame
To me he has it all. Touch, arm strength and accuracy. He isn’t as good as Andrew Luck but he plays very similar to him. I believe he should go back to college but doubt he does.

    2. Mitch Trubisky, North Carolina
Another player that likely needs to go back to school because he only has one year under his belt but tremendous talent. Strong arm very accurate.

    3. Dashaun Watson, Clemson
Reminds me a lot of what I saw last year watching Dak Prescott leading up to the draft. Strong arm and doesn’t drop the ball in a lot. Needs to get bigger.

    4. Luke Falk, Washington State
Very similar to Jared Goff in that he has a quick release and can get the ball downfield. Good accuracy but could improve down the field.

    5. Kevin Anderson, Fordham
Watched him once this summer and fell in love. Doesn’t play the greatest competition but had a quick release the ball jumped off his hand. Showed good quick decision making. Can’t wait to see more.

Most Overrated: Pat Maholmes, Texas Tech
People love his arm but that’s all he has. He’s a complete gunslinger and I really question his accuracy. Especially the deep ball where he literally just throws it up and often isn’t even close to the WR.

Not bad. I haven’t seen Hooker that early, but it may not be out of the question.  Like the Peppers to Bears pick which would be good if they chose not to go QB.
